If your order has not yet been shipped from our warehouse, you may change or cancel it. However, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
The shipping address should be updated before placing the order. Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once the order has been placed. Additionally, any shipping costs incurred due to a change in the shipping address are the customer’s responsibility.

Yes! During the processing of your order, you will be given a tracking number that you can use in the designated shipping courier that is currently used.
Yes! Tier 2 Verified Members are eligible to received exclusive discount coupons that they can use when purchasing.
For now, we do not accept multiple payment methods but we are progressively developing our system and more features will be integrated in the future!
Yes! Tier 2 Verified members can receive such discounts. Tier 1 General members are only eligible to receive discounts if there is a promotion happening but they cannot receive exclusive discounts.
For the moment, we do not offer expedited shipping. In the future we are planning on adding more features so keep an eye for those.
No, we do not offer installation services but you can visit our EIDIM.com for AV installation services wherein we provide a total turnkey solution for you AV projects.
We only ship in the US.
Price matching is one of the features that we are still developing, in the future we can offer price matching.
