Return Period

At EIDIM Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return your AV product within 30 days from the date of delivery. This gives you ample time to test and evaluate your purchase.

Product Condition

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure that the AV products you wish to return meet the following conditions:

  • Unopened and Unused: The product must be in its original, unopened packaging and must not have been used or installed.
  • Original Packaging: Return the product with all original packaging, including accessories, manuals, and any promotional items included.
  • Like-New Condition: If the product has been opened, it must be in like-new condition, free from any signs of use or damage.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable, including customized products, software with broken seals, and items marked as final sale.

Shipping Fee Responsibility

Understanding who is responsible for the return shipping fee is essential:

  • Customer-Paid Return Shipping: If you are returning the product due to personal reasons, such as a change of mind, you will need to cover the return shipping costs.
  • Company-Paid Return Shipping: If the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item, EIDIM Store will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service team to receive a prepaid shipping label.

  4. Ship the Item: Use the provided prepaid shipping label or your preferred shipping method if you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Nonreturnable Items

  • TVs, Combos, and Monitors (37″ and Larger): Once the packaging has been opened, these items must remain sealed to be eligible for return.
  • Computers and Computer Software: The original packaging must remain unopened and sealed to qualify for a return.
  • Digital Software Downloads: These items are non-returnable once purchased.
  • Consumable Items: Products like film, tapes, paper, bulbs, CDs, DVDs, and ink cartridges cannot be returned if opened.
  • Custom-Built or Modified Computers: Any computers customized or built to customer specifications are non-returnable.
  • Special-Order Merchandise: Items marked as special-order or labeled as nonreturnable on our website are not eligible for return.
  • Submerged Underwater Equipment: Any underwater gear that has been used underwater cannot be returned.
  • Educational Materials: Opened or unwrapped educational tapes and books are non-returnable.
