Designed for a variety of applications, the GeNetix GN2 Ethernet/DMX Node from ChamSys is a compact, 2-port device that provides remote data distribution. The GN2 can distribute DMX data using an Ethernet network, also working as a USB interface for MagicQ PC systems. Industry-standard protocols such as Art-Net, sACN (streaming ACN), and RDM are supported while the GN2’s 2 DMX ports are fully configurable for both input or output. The unit offers webserver remote or onboard configuration with a clear display, and power is simplified via USB or PoE. The GN2’s M12 receiver and DIN rail clip allow for different mounting options. At just 1.87 lb, this is the most compact and lightweight unit of the ChamSys GeNetix GN series.
