Description
CHAUVET PROFESSIONAL MK Pyxis Overview
The CHAUVET PROFESSIONAL Maverick MK Pyxis combines an outer ring of nine 15W RGBW (red, green, blue, white) LEDs with one bright, 60W RGBW LED, in a compact moving head fixture. The outer ring offers a 7 to 45° motorized zoom angle and pixel control to produce color washes and beams with variable sizes, while the center pixel comes with a fixed 3° beam angle for dedicated color beam effects. With variable strobe, fast and precise head movements, movement macros, move-in-black functionality, and more, this versatile fixture lets you create light shows with punchy and bold beams, eye-catching aerial and pixel-mapping effects, and multicolored washes in clubs, on concert stages, and more.
The Maverick MK Pyxis can be controlled via DMX, W-DMX, Art-Net, sACN, or Kling-Net protocols. It is equipped with 5- and 3-pin DMX I/O and Amphenol XLRnet through ports I/O for full flexibility in professional environments. The unit is RDM-enabled for remote addressing and troubleshooting, and can convert TCP/IP to DMX for shorter data cable runs. Seetronic Powerkon IP65 I/O connectors provide secure power connections.
Other features include a virtual color wheel with 21 color macros, a built-in virtual gobo wheel, and 0-100% electronic dimming with two dim modes and four dim curves. The Maverick MK Pyxis ships with two Omega brackets and mounting hardware.
