CHAUVET PROFESSIONAL E-260CWÂ Overview
The black Chauvet Ovation E-260CW is an ellipsoidal 5452K LED fixture with a built-in dimmer and DMX control. It is primarily designed for use in a theatrical lighting grid, but it can also be used in film and video productions. Dimming is controllable locally or via DMX with either 1, 2, 3, or 6 channels of control. Manual zoom and focus adjustment lets you tune your light’s coverage, which can be further refined with the included framing shutters. A built-in LED info screen aids you in navigating the menu system.
The fixture does not include a lens tube, but it does work with industry standard lens tubes allowing you to customize the fixture as you need. Featuring Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) dimming, the fixture is suitable for theatrical as well as video use. It is compatible with both 8- and 16-bit dimming controllers, and although fan cooled it is very quiet in use.
