CHAUVET PROFESSIONAL Outcast 2 Hybrid Overview
Lighting designers looking for a flexible, outdoor-ready (IP65) beam, spot, and wash moving head will be impressed with the CHAUVET PROFESSIONAL Rogue Outcast 2 Hybrid, a rugged and flexible luminaire with a sophisticated optical system that delivers incredible brightness and a refined linear zoom that smoothly spans an expansive range of narrow to wide beam angles in every mode, well suited for theatrical, house of worship, touring, small-to-medium festivals, and event applications. The Rogue Outcast 2 Hybrid is powered by a single 400W NSL Ushio lamp that generates a bright beam of 180,594 lux at 49.2′.
The unit features a color wheel with 13 colors plus white that are individually controllable for solid and split hues. The wheel offers continuous scroll at variable speeds. There are also individually controllable and layerable 8- and 6-facet prisms as well as motorized frost effects for even light distribution. There are two gobo wheels that offer even more creative options for massive visual impact (Gobo 1: 9 glass, interchangeable; Gobo 2: 13 metal, fixed). The unit can be controlled via DMX or RDM and features two personalities (20 or 25 channels). The Rogue Outcast 2 Hybrid ships with two Omega brackets with mounting hardware and a Seetronic Powerkon IP65 power cord.
