AtlasIED Cast Aluminum Speaker Baffle

This heavy-duty cast aluminum baffle is designed to provide enhanced security for a variety of 8″ cone speakers. Constructed from a special self-aging aluminum alloy with a tensile strength of 44,000 P.S.I., the speaker grille is reinforced with a perforated CRS (Cold Rolled Steel) stud-mounting plate for added durability. The baffle is securely installed using heat-treated alloy screws, which are countersunk to prevent tampering, and comes with a special wrench for installation.

The baffle is finished in a textured white epoxy for a sleek, durable appearance and can be installed as either a flush or surface-mount option. The unit is equipped with a neoprene gasket to ensure a tight seal, further enhancing its security and durability. The perforated metal has been upgraded to stainless steel for increased resistance to corrosion and wear, with stainless steel studs to securely hold the speaker in place.
