AtlasIED VPCS Series Intercom Speaker Stations

The AtlasIED VPCS Series speaker stations are designed to deliver clear and reliable voice and signal transmission, making them ideal for security and communication applications. Each station is equipped with a 2 1/2″ (64mm) diameter loudspeaker, featuring a moisture-resistant cloth cone for durability. The phenolic resin impregnated cone ensures reliable performance, even in challenging environmental conditions.

The series includes a die-cast baffle system to protect the speaker assembly from vandalism. Stations are available with a 25V transformer providing power taps at 1/4, 1/2, 1, and 2 watts, or in a 45Ω configuration. Models with the “PB” suffix include a vandal-proof push-button call switch, ideal for locations requiring call origination functionality or enhanced security. The “PB” model push-button has a 3A at 120VAC/1.5A at 250VAC contact rating and is mounted to an 11-gauge stainless steel faceplate for added durability.

The faceplate is designed for mounting in standard 2 or 3-gang electrical boxes, utilizing countersunk 6-32″ screws. The push-button is constructed of nickel-plated brass, with an IP65 rating for moisture resistance, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations. Additionally, the VPB-1A accessory is available for vandal-resistant signaling or as a stand-alone intercom push-button.
