Product Description:
AtlasIED WPVT-SN Series Weather-Resistant Signaling Devices
The WPVT-SN Series from AtlasIED consists of durable, surface-mounted, weather-resistant electroacoustic signaling devices, designed to withstand harsh environmental conditions such as moisture, corrosion, dust, vibration, and extreme temperatures ranging from -30°F to 150°F. These stations are equipped with high-intelligibility, environment-resistant compression drivers, housed in a semi-recessed enclosure. Each unit also features a weather-resistant call button for protected call-in signaling capability.
Available in 15-watt or 2-watt versions, with an optional 25-volt transformer, these signaling devices utilize the patented VT Series 8-ohm compression driver, which includes a water-sealed, die-cast zinc construction and an exponential sound projector for clear audio transmission. The call button is a momentary-action, heavy-duty push button, protected by a rubber boot for safe use in outdoor or high-humidity environments.
The compact design (4 1/4″ SQ x 3 1/8″ D) allows for semi-recessed installation, and the enclosure and faceplate are constructed of die-cast materials, finished with neutral grey epoxy for long-lasting durability.
